Questions about the freelancer pack.

Each answer says what the pack does and where to find it. Where a question turns on how a rule applies to you, the answer says so and names who can tell you.

Is the services agreement enough on its own?
It is a starting point for a written scope, not a substitute for advice on your specific engagement. Its disclaimer says so on every copy.
Does the pack file anything with the BIR?
No. The monthly earnings summary is for your own local tax; filing is yours or your accountant's.
Which tax treatment applies to my US income?
I can explain what the pack covers and where to find it, but I cannot tell you how a rule applies to your situation; a licensed accountant in the Philippines can.
Does the invoice need to be in US dollars?
A US client's accounts-payable system is set up for USD invoices, so this template renders in dollars. What currency you record for your own accounting is a separate question.
Do I need a new W-8BEN for every client?
Each US client that pays you directly will generally want its own copy on file; the walkthrough produces one per client from the same profile.
Does the pack file the form with the IRS?
No. The walkthrough produces the completed form for you to give to the client; nothing here is filed on your behalf.
Can I use this agreement for a large, ongoing contract?
It is a starting point for a written scope, not a substitute for advice on your specific engagement; a longer or more complex engagement should have its own agreement reviewed.
Does the sequence threaten legal action?
No. It references the invoice and the agreement's payment terms; it does not send a collections letter or a legal notice.
Can I change when the reminders send?
The sequence is loaded from your profile at the same time as the invoice, so the timing follows the terms you set there.

Confirm tax treatment with a professional in the Philippines.
