Monthly earnings summary for local tax.

US clients pay you in dollars; your own local tax return still needs a peso record of what came in and when. This page says what the summary contains and what it does not do. It does not file anything with the Bureau of Internal Revenue on your behalf.

What the summary contains

The summary pulls each USD invoice and payment from your profile into one monthly record, dated and labeled the way your own books need it, so the year's earnings sit in one place instead of five separate invoices.

Why local tax needs a record, not just the USD invoices

A USD invoice tells a US client what it paid; your own accountant wants a peso figure and a date received, matched to the filing period. The summary keeps that record current every month instead of you reconstructing it later.

What it does not do

The summary does not file anything with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and it does not decide which of your fees are taxable or how. It produces the record; filing and any position on it are yours or your accountant's.

What the pack produces for this

A monthly earnings summary built from the same profile as the invoice, the W-8BEN walkthrough, the services agreement, and the payment-reminder sequence. One profile, updated once a month, instead of five separate records to keep straight.

Questions

Does the pack file anything with the BIR?
No. The monthly earnings summary is for your own local tax; filing is yours or your accountant's.
Which tax treatment applies to my US income?
I can explain what the pack covers and where to find it, but I cannot tell you how a rule applies to your situation; a licensed accountant in the Philippines can.

Confirm tax treatment with a professional in the Philippines.
